These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dumps World website at www.dumpsworld.com.au and the purchase of products and services from Eat Dumps Pty Ltd (ABN: 66 680 973 639), trading as Dumps World.

By using our website, placing an order, or booking a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on our website.

Dumps World sells frozen food products across three ranges: Take Dumps (premium dumplings, available in-store and retailers only), Share Noods (two-person noodle packs), and Post Babes (soups, congees, and broths). We also offer gift cards, art, and ticketed workshops.

All product descriptions, ingredient lists, and allergen information are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, recipes, or ingredients at any time.

Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Union Pay. Payment is processed at time of order. We do not store full payment card details.

We currently deliver within NSW only to eligible postcodes, via our own drivers or couriers. Delivery is available in 3-hour time windows; you will receive an SMS on the day of delivery with a more accurate estimated time.

Our driver has authority to leave your order in a safe location if no one is home. Please provide detailed delivery instructions at checkout. Your order will arrive frozen and thermally insulated. It is your responsibility to transfer it to your freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Spoilage and theft: Once an order has been delivered and left at your premises, Dumps World is not liable for any spoilage, deterioration, or theft.

PO boxes are not accepted. Free delivery applies to orders over $120; otherwise flat rate delivery fees apply as displayed at checkout. For full delivery information see: www.dumpsworld.com.au/pages/faq.

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

· Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on frozen food products, as these are perishable goods.

· Incorrect order: If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a free re-delivery of the correct item. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of what you received.

· Damaged or faulty product: If a product arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and offer a remedy in accordance with the ACL (replacement, re-delivery, or refund as appropriate).

· Failed delivery through no fault of your own: We will contact you to arrange re-delivery at no additional cost.

All Dumps World products are produced in a kitchen that handles common allergens including (but not limited to): gluten (wheat, barley), soy, sesame, egg, dairy, fish, shellfish, molluscs, peanuts, and tree nuts.

While we take care to list all ingredients and allergens on our product pages and packaging, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of any allergen due to the shared nature of our production environment.

If you have a severe food allergy or intolerance, please contact us at hello@dumpsworld.com.au before placing an order. We strongly recommend that customers with life-threatening allergies consult a healthcare professional before consuming our products.

Dumps World is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse health events arising from consumption of our products where allergen information has been accurately disclosed.

Workshop participants will be required to disclose any allergies or dietary requirements at time of booking. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. Dumps World will take reasonable steps to accommodate disclosed requirements but cannot guarantee an allergen-free workshop environment.

The Post Babes range consists of food products designed to provide nourishment during postpartum recovery and periods of rest. Post Babes products are food — they are not medical nutrition therapy, therapeutic goods, or a substitute for professional medical advice.

Information on our website about the Post Babes range, including references to traditional Chinese medicine food philosophy, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

If you have specific medical, dietary, or health conditions — including pregnancy complications, surgical recovery, or known nutrient deficiencies — please consult your healthcare provider before consuming our products.

Dumps World makes no therapeutic claims and accepts no responsibility for health outcomes arising from consumption of Post Babes products.

Dumps World offers ticketed workshops held at our deli premises. By booking a workshop, you agree to the below as well as the payment, refund and cancellation terms and conditions stated per our booking platform (Eventbrite), separate to this website.

Refund policies differ by event, but will always be visible and available upon request.

8.1 Conduct & Participation

Participants must follow all food safety and hygiene instructions provided by Dumps World staff. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their conduct is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.

Workshops are designed for adults (18+). Participation by minors requires prior written approval from Dumps World and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

All content associated with Dumps World — including our name, logo, product names (Take Dumps, Share Noods, Post Babes), photography, copy, and design — is the property of Eat Dumps Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dumps World's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website, purchase of our products, or participation in a workshop is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer guarantees or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with other users. Our website may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms, our products, or our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
