Vinegar Pork Trotters & Eggs
Regular price
$45.00
A hardcore postpartum classic. Pork trotters are cooked low and slow for collagen and richness, while vinegar cuts through and brings balance and draws out the calcium. Traditionally eaten after childbirth to nourish and replenish — bold, tangy, and not delicate food. We make it properly, so you don’t have to. Pair with multigrain rice.
Reheat gently. Ginger and vinegar keep refrigerated for up to one month; eggs and pork trotters should be eaten within a few days.
Ingredients: Pig trotter, Patchun brand sweet vinegar (rice vinegar, sugar, caramel, glutinous rice, ginger, orange peel, clove), chinkiang vinegar, ginger, salt
Serves: 2 (900g)
