This is a dish we make only when uni is in season. Rich in iron, iodine, and natural fats, uni has traditionally been eaten by mothers for its dense nourishment in small amounts. Paired with mineral-rich seaweed, it becomes a deeply savoury, comforting soup for days when the body needs more.
Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop.
