Often cooked during postpartum care, this soup is warming and nourishing as the body begins to feel stronger. In TCM, pork bones are used to replenish blood and yin, while radish and ginger keep the broth gentle. Carrot adds natural sweetness and nourishment during recovery. Lovingly deboned, but we may have missed a little one, please eat with care.
Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Ingredients: Pork bone marrow, pork neck bone, radish, carrot, ginger, onion, jujube, dried scallop, white pepper, salt.
