A velvety, luscious green sauce packed with super greens, roasted zucchini, cashews and heaps of aromatics, with lashings of parm. Nutritious and delicious, definitely not suspicious. Top with the umami kombu seasoning if you like an extra PUNCH. Great on its own, or top with your own onsen egg or shaved prosciutto. Yummmm.
