OK, we know, everyone does a miso mushroom noodle. Our version is better. This one is upgraded with mentaiko (salted pollack roe) and tobiko. Four types of mushrooms roasted in butter, mirin and soy before braised with shallots and garlic, cream and miso.

Abalone mushroom, enoki, shiitake, shimeji, eschalots, garlic, mirin, koji, butter, light soy, cream, mentaiko, tobiko, salt, black pepper.
