Traditionally eaten after childbirth in Korean culture, miyeok guk is made with mineral-rich seaweed and iron-rich beef. It’s the kind of soup people lean on during recovery — nourishing, comforting, and quietly rebuilding strength over time.
Ours starts with a milky white beef bone broth base that has been cooked over 12 hours (aka Seolleongtang) to add depth and deep nutrition.
Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop.
