This porridge is traditionally eaten to nourish the blood and rebuild strength as recovery settles. Red grains, legumes, and nuts are valued in TCM for their sustaining, blood-supporting qualities, while jujube and goji add gentle sweetness. Thick, comforting, and deeply nourishing for this later stage.
Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop. Tip: Blend with milk for a warm smoothie texture.
